2. Refund Eligibility
Learners may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
2.1 Within the First Three Sessions
A refund may be approved if:
- The learner attends up to the first three sessions and Faces inconvenience due to training quality, delivery method, unclear communication, or required tools/software not functioning as expected.
2.2 Course Not Aligned After Payment
A refund may be issued if:
- Learnees is unable to align, schedule, or start the course as per the learner's requested batch, timing, or trainer availability after the payment is made.
3. Refund Not Applicable
Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
3.1 Attendance of Four or More Sessions
No refund will be granted if:
- The learner attends four (4) or more sessions, regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction.
3.2 Job or Career Outcome Concerns
Refund is not applicable if:
- The learner does not secure a job
- The learner does not receive a promotion
- The learner is dissatisfied with the pace of career growth
Learnees does not guarantee job placement, promotions, or career outcomes.
4. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund, learners must: Email support@learnees.com with:
- Full name
- Registered email ID
- Course name
- Reason for refund
- Session attendance details
The Learnees support team will verify eligibility under this policy.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
5. Refund Method & Timelines
- Approved refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
- Processing time may vary based on banks or payment gateways.
- Learnees is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment.
6. Exceptions
Learnees reserves the right to:
- Deny refunds in cases of misuse, false claims, or repeated refund requests
